The Happy Diabetic visits En Season

 It was an amazing and delicious experience, the buffalo burger, salmon burger and a amazing roasted butternut squash soup were some the items that made their way to our lunch table.

The mission: To promote organic, local food products as well as assisting and developing early-stage catering, retail and wholesale food businesses

Appetizers:
-Roasted Tomato Salsa and Tortilla Chips
-Hummus with Carrot Chips

Soup's:
- French Onion
- Butternut Squash Soup with Prairie Breeze Cheese

Fettuccini Alfredo
House made fettuccini with our original (secret recipe) Alfredo sauce

Quinoa Salmon Burger
Ground Sitka Salmon with Quinoa served on a house made bun, served with sesame mayo, garnished with pickled ginger

'Jammin' Jalapeno Burger
Mixed beans with jalapeno's served on a house made bun.

Buffalo Burger:
Locally raised buffalo served with house made mayo and onion marmalade, on artisan bread with sweet & spicy mustard on the side

Prairie Breeze Grilled Cheese:
Prairie Breeze white cheddar on grilled artisan bread of the day

Half Prairie Breeze Grilled Cheese and Choice of Soup

Today's Side:

- Vegetable of the day
- Couscous

Dessert:
- Flourless Chocolate Cake with Strawberries (Chef Richard's Signature Dish)
-Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler
